Before I was a painter, I was a writer and marketing consultant for twenty years. Corporations paid me very well to help them figure out what was unique about their technology and how to sell it. In my new incarnation as a fine artist, I still use my critical thinking skills to figure out what kind of impact I want a painting to make and how to best execute my intent.
As I try to balance the demands of creating beautiful pictures and putting food on the table, I am offering a unique consulting service to people, places and organizations that want to communicate their essential message to the world. The way this service works is as follows:
You or your organization commissions me to create a series of visual images that communicate your value proposition. This is of course an interactive and iterative process.
Once the visuals have been created, I will work with you to package them in ways that accomplish your organizational goals.
Furthermore, my staff will also manage the product development and production processes so you have the deliverables you need - websites, prints, marketing materials, cards, thematic products, etc. - you need to communicate your message.
One picture is worth a thousand words. Communicate the essence of your messaging in visually memorable way.
Create profitable products to sell. Mugs, t-shirts, cards, calendars, posters are both a revenue stream and a way to remind people of your unique offer. Use them to get your messages across.
Raise money. Once you have used the visuals to create your marketing materials and unique products, auction them off to raise money for charity.
